Combining studies
in communication, psychology, sociology and metaphysics with careers in journalism, education and geriatrics led to an extensive
career as an author and public speaker for Geri O’Neill. For over 25 years, she has been presenting
seminars and workshops to members of the medical, education and social service professions as well as corporate executives,
professional athletes and the general public.
Geri’s first book, SUPER SELF: Life Without
Limits, was called a forerunner of the self-help movement. In the fall of 2004, her novel HEARTSONG was published.
Late 2005 saw the first release of MAKE THE BEST OF THE REST OF YOUR LIFE, a non-fiction guide to happy, healthy aging.
A revised and updated edition was released in Australia, New Zealand
and Asia in October 2008.
For the past 13 years, Geri and her husband have traveled extensively throughout the United States, Canada
and around the world. Spending more than half the year outside the U.S. and visiting well over 100 countries has expanded Geri’s knowledge of other cultures and the developing
global community. She has written for newspapers and magazines, and been interviewed on television and
radio.
When not pursuing their own travels, Geri lectures on cruise ships. Her informative and entertaining Powerpoint lectures reveal the
latest information about health and well-being, relationships, communication and the global picture. She
has been an Enrichment Lecturer on Celebrity, Crystal, Cunard, Holland
America, Regent Seven Seas, Royal Caribbean, The SeaDream
Yacht and Silversea. Geri and her husband live in South Florida.
